"Mostly fresh, but I’m not totally convinced"
The cookies seemed fresh for the most part, but one of them definitely tasted a little old. Not sure if it was from a different batch or had been sitting around longer than the others, but it made me question how consistent they are.

"Really good cookies, though not exactly cheap"
I’ve ordered from Twisted Sugar a few times now, the cookies are dang good. Like, I always think I’m just going to get one, and then somehow I’m looking at the menu again debating flavors. The prices are a little higher than I’d normally want to spend on cookies, but they’re big, and most of them taste worth it. Some flavors definitely feel like a better deal than others, if that makes sense. I’d probably give it 5 stars if it didn’t hit the wallet quite so much, but overall I still feel like it’s a solid treat when I’m in the mood for something sweet.

"So many choices, honestly a lot"
The drinks were really good, like I was genuinely happy with what I got. But there are so many options that it kind of threw me off for a bit. Not bad at all, just a little overwhelming in that way where you’re standing there like… okay, what am I even doing?

"Service Felt Unfriendly and Complicated"
The staff came off rude, like they really didn’t want to help me. I also felt like I had to go through way too many steps just to get a simple answer, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

"Store didn’t feel clean"
I stopped in hoping for a quick treat, but the store just didn’t feel very clean. A few tables had crumbs on them, the floor felt sticky in spots, and the counter area looked kind of messy (like it had been busy but no one caught up yet).

The cookies themselves were fine, so no issue there, but the place really needed a wipe down. It wasn’t what I expected, and I probably wouldn’t go back (at least not to this location).

"Really slow service today"
I waited way longer than expected for my order today, and it was frustrating. Not sure if they were short-staffed or just having an off day. Did anyone else run into the same issue?

"Ready when they say it’ll be ready"
I’ve ordered delivery from here a few times, and I’ve also done pickup twice, usually when I’m trying to avoid cooking after work. So far, everything has been ready when they said it would be, nothing has been missing from my orders, and pickup was quick both times. It’s just been really reliable, which I appreciate more than I probably should.

"A bit too sweet for my taste"
I picked up a few cookies because the flavors sounded really good, but after trying them, I was a little disappointed. They were much sweeter than I expected, and the texture felt kind of dry, like they weren’t as fresh as they should’ve been. A couple of the flavors sounded great on the menu, but once I actually ate them, they didn’t really stand out. For the price, I thought the quality would be better.

"Wrong Cookies Again"
I ordered cookies and somehow got the wrong ones again. At this point, I’m starting to wonder if they’re just tossing in whatever they want to get rid of and hoping people won’t notice. Frustrating when you’re paying for something specific

"Ordering was fine, but the updates were sketchy"
Placing the order itself was okay, though a little confusing in spots. The annoying part was that my pickup time changed and I never really got a clear update about it. I’m always a bit skeptical of customer service actually sorting things out, so I didn’t bother chasing it too much, but the whole thing could’ve been communicated better.
